Orders
Can I add an item to my order after I have placed it?
You can make a new order on the same day and then contact us at info@lingvistov.com and after our confirmation the new item will be added to your order.
Cancelling an order.
You can cancel your order on the same day. To cancel your order send us an e-mail to info@lingvistov.com.
Do I need to register to place an order?
You don’t have to register to place an order. However, our registered customers have the possibility to keep track of their orders online and view previous orders.
Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our goal is to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 11am MSK. Orders placed after 11am MSK will be processed the next working day.

If you are ordering from outside of Russia delivery times may vary. Typically, EU orders may take between 14-21 days but we ask that all international orders allow 4 weeks for delivery.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 weeks, please contact us immediately: info@lingvistov.com.

Please, note that some items will take slightly longer to arrive as they are made to order. Please, allow the extra processing time shown for the below items:
– Clothing: will take an additional 2-3 working days.
How much will shipping cost?
Fixed shipping rate is 10USD to any destination. The cost of shipping for wholesale orders and orders heavier than 5lb will be calculated once the order is placed.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and credit card payments. If you are ordering from Russia, please contact us for additional methods of payment. If you have any questions, email us at info@lingvistov.com.
Shipping

Returns
How can I return an item?
If you would like to return something please send an e-mail at info@lingvistov.com making a note of your order number, your details and whether you would like a refund or exchange with the reason why.

Please note, refunds and exchange are only issued for unused or faulty items returned to us within 28 days and we are unable to issue any request if you have not emailed us first.

Once we have received your email, we will contact you with our returns address and further instructions.
Returns and refunds policy
RETURNS
Returned items must be unused (this includes being washed or worn) and be in the original packaging with labels intact. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. If a parcel is lost we can only refund items sent via recorded delivery. We will only refund the original shipping charge if the return is made within 7 days of you receiving the order.
If you are returning a faulty item to us we will refund the cost of shipping as well as the cost of the item.

EXCHANGES
Once we have received a returned item please allow 7-10 working days for us to process your exchange.
We will charge additional postage and packaging on all exchanges; our customer service team will advise you how to do this.

In cases where the desired item for exchange is not available we will notify you and issue you a refund unless you request another item of the same value.
If you have received an item in error, we will replace this item once we have received the wrong item back with us. We will require you to return the item to us which we will reimburse you for once we have received it back (a copy of the postage receipt must be sent with your return or scanned and sent via e-mail to our customer service team).
